A continuation of last year’s Chateau trip, starting in Saumur and heading for the coast.

The first and last two days I traveled alone. For the middle of the trip, the stretch along the Loire leading into Brittany, I booked a tour with an agency, which meant that my hotels had been booked and the luggage was transported for me. Very nice.

Twelve others were also making the week-long journey, so I had the opportunity to get acquainted with some fellow riders and occasionally ride and dine with them.
